Thrash Movie Review: If we were to give the review in the next two seconds, we would say that what you will be watching is a survival, shark thriller film that comes with deep moments of togetherness. But the twist here is that all of what goes around in the film is not something that is happening in an ocean or a water body, everything that is going on is that there are sharks into the streets. As crazy as this sounds, the movie really justifies it.
Multiple characters all from really different backgrounds, from young children to a woman and to a young girl, all from very different places get tied in this struggle for survival and put on their guards in this disaster area.
The first few seconds into the film would really have you on edge, making you wonder about what is really about to unfold. Not only would you be taken by surprise with the movements of the sharks, there are scenes that would have you hoping that the characters make it to safety.
Thrash Movie Review: This is how the survival thrillers work their magic, with characters struggling to survive, you almost get an urge to root for them to cheer for them to make it through.
Coming to the question, Is this movie worth watching?
We have to say, yes it is. Through at some points, you'd want or ask for more depth from the characters and some scenes could definitely have been better. Overall, if you are looking for suspense, thriller survival plots, this movie can be at your list.
The lead girls really nail it throughout. Their performance is spectacular in this movie, however, what really takes this one top a notch is thr group of kids. They steal the spotlight this time.
The movie also comes with flood and natural disaster scenes. Everything seems just rightly placed, the tension building up and creating just the right setup for the events to playout.
Final Verdict
Movie is a good one-time watch. Such movies really hook you. While there are ups and downs with this one, the movie makes it to the binge-watching list.
