Many people often get the weekend thing wrong for themselves, either they try to fit in too much into them or end up doing all the things at once, either way, the weekend end up going by with Monday coming back for making things more difficult for you. 

Know that there is no particular routine that works for everyone, every routine requires time to build and what may work for one may not work for another and that is completely normal. A weekly reset routine is not about complicating things for yourself but just prioritising and balancing between work and rest. 1. Start With a Quick Mental Reset 

 Do not think that you need to get started as soon as you wake up on a Sunday. Spend at least 20-30 minutes calming yourself down mentally. Do slight stretches or just go for a light walk. 

Focus on: 
1. Making your bed. 
2. Decluttering your space. 
3. Organising your bed. 
4. Doing a quick 10-15 meditation, one that feels calming and not like a routine. 

2. Do A Digital Declutter

Do not get started on checking your phone for hours on a sunday. Sundays any way feel like they are just passing away, so use your time mindfully. Remember that this is also the time you can use to doing what you like. So prepare your favourite coffee or just listen to some music instead of doomscrolling for majority of your day. 

3. Prioritize Self-Care Sunday

Your self-care may be different and does not ncessarily have to be a long routine. Self-care can be a simple as: 

1. Reading a book 
2. Taking a long walk. 
3. Journallng. 
4. Enjoying a skincare routine. 
5. Practicing Meditation

After getting your stuff done, do last minute checks so that monda mornings are not what you have in your mind while going to bed. Even 20 minutes of you getting your last minute things done shall be enough to make your monday mornings easy.
