So What do we do? We complain, we feel upset and almost try to just avoid the situation altogether, and well- sometimes this can work, but not for most of the times. We scroll and just wait for things to get normal on their own. (realistic self improvement)

This guide is a realistic and honest breakdown into setting yourself up for a good day, even when you do not have the right motivation, so instead of waiting the guide is about getting started.
Why Some Days Feel Off (Know Thats Certain Things Can Not Always Be In Control)
First, lets get comfortable talking about the tough days and why certain days feel like getting out of control. The truth is a bad day is not about taking steps backward, how about you view them as pauses which can actually be good for you! The truth here is that bad days just happen and not because of something that you did wrong, these are situations that were meant to happen just the way that they did.
And when this happens, you wake up without any direction-you spend hours scrolling through social media, just reaching out to your phones, reacting to all your notifications and just skipping breakfast, here, your nervous system just spends the rest of the day in a catch-up mode. You're just not living but struggling and surviving.
The good news here is that a few small, deliberate choices in the first half of the day can significantly change the course of your day and lets understand how:
Tips for a good day:
1. Start With one Thing You Were Looking Forward To:
This sounds simple and comfortable to do but most people think of this as less significant and just skip it altogether.
Before you check your phone or get started with your to-do lists, start with a simple thought or a simple activity that is close to you, something you look forward doing or talking about.
2. Don't Check your Phone for the first 20 Minutes
This is the habit most people resist the most but it is actually the one that creates the most difference. When you wake up you are ready to receive something new and fresh and what you feed here sets your psychological and physical tone for the rest of the day.
You don't have to necessarily start working out the minute you wake up or do something tiring, just give yourself good 10-15 minutes to be in a good mental space and let your thoughts just settle in before receiving a lot of external information.
3. Stop MultiTasking and Do One Thing At a Time
How to be more productive: One of the biggest reasons we feel exhausted and unproductive is because we spend the time splitting our attention to ten different things all at once. Try doing one thing at a time and let yourself breathe in between once you finish a task instead of hurriedly rushing into another thing.
4. Have atleast One Real Conversation
Not texting, have a conversation that feels natural, honest and not forced. Even a quick call with a friend you genuinely like can change your emotional tone for the day.
Stop Waiting For The day to get Better on its Own
A good day may happen on its own but if you willingly put in the right efforts, you may actually let it be there for you. It is something that you create through small decisions, most of which take less effort if done intentionally.
Lastly, think about small changes, what you can do to make yourself feel better, a good start definitely leads to a good day ahead, but do not feel any pressure and just take things easy. Most days don't start well but gradually, everything else falls into place.
