The good thing about this list is that they are just simple habits that require little effort and if tried, they can easily fit well into your routines. So, before you scroll down and get started with the part, know that creative or not, developing simple habits can bring in significant differences into your routine.
1. Walking Without Your Phone
Creative Habits: Hold on, yes it sounds strange but it is actually a good habit if worked on. Try taking things slow, try walking for 15 minutes without your phone or without having too many thoughts.
People find this useful because this simple habit allows them to reconnect and just take a break from whats being held on their minds.
2. The 10 Minute Evening Reset
Take some time off before or after your work schedules whatever works best for you. Taking this time off will allow you to relax and not constantly feel the stress or pressure for the things you have to do. Use this time not only to plan well but also to clean your work desk or get a quick stretch.
3. Planning a day before
This works, though we do not recommend you spending every minute of your life through these time schedules, but just laying out your things to do for the next day can bring a sort of mental ease which will help you through the rush for the next day.
Through this instead of starting the day with rushing, you get to start it with better plans.
4. Try Journalling
Now we know you've probably heard about this one before. But starting your day by writing or creating something before you begin consuming is what can make a significant difference. Before checking your social media, try writing something like begin with a small paragraph, sketch something out or just use the space to let your plans or thoughts out.
5. Try Photography just for fun
Creative Habits: With so much of reels, posts and viral stuff around, people are actually further away from doing or clicking pictures of the stuff they like just for fun. Not only is everybody trying to get the perfect shot, they are using even the smallest things for artistic exploration. Note that you do not need to invest in a camera for this, whatever device you have works well for this.
Try doing or engaging things just for fun. Maybe it is time that you reconnect with the things you liked doing once!
